Meet Leo and his mini-me Frankie! Leo is a rescued terrier mix & Frankie is a doxie rescue. Leo is the sweetest & most gentle boy. He’s also the loyal protector & takes that role seriously with Frankie who was born partially blind & deaf.
Eddie was found wandering the woods of TN by himself & ended up in a shelter. A rescue organization found him & transported him to his new home in NJ. His hobbies include frequent walks, barking at delivery drivers & stealing cat food. He couldn’t be happier with his new life!
This adorable gal found her way into her human’s home & heart. A good dog + a good beer = a good life! We couldn’t agree more!
This sweet 180 lb. (wow!) mix is a little bit of this & a lot of that! He had a rough start, but now he & his human have each other’s backs. There’s nothing like man’s best friend, a bonfire & beers!
Crystal came from a hoarding situation where she was locked inside a very small kennel for 3 years until she was rescued. While she’s still shy with humans, she loves her family, running around her 5 acres & being a companion to horses, chickens & other foster dogs!
Cooper was adopted from Last Chance Ranch. He was born with a severe heart condition that was so severe that he was only given a year or two to live. Cooper just celebrated his seventh birthday in December 2018! He is such a happy, well behaved, beautiful boy that is so very lovable! He loves to take walks, swim in the pool during the summer & catch snowballs in the winter.
Zeke is 15 years old, but he doesn’t let that stop him from behaving like a puppy in the snow! This beloved boy is a kind & gentle soul that has brought enormous happiness & joy to his family & everyone he meets.

We also foster old dogs that come into the city intake shelter through an amazing organization called The City of Elderly Love in Philadelphia and have so far, with this organization, adopted one senior dog, fostered two and hospice cared for a dog with cancer until he passed.
